Good Care. You must take good care of and not damage, waste or make any changes to the Space or space leased or owned by the Supplier of which the Space is a part, or the Building. You shall not alter, add, replace, remove or damage any furnishings, equipment or other personal property located in, on or around the Space, the Shared Facilities, the Host Area or the Common Areas which is not owned by you or your Invitees. At the end of the Term, you must deliver the Space and all Host Personal Property to the Host in good condition, normal wear and tear excepted. If any damage (beyond normal wear and tear) to the Space or the Supplier Personal property should occur while in your care, custody or control, you agree to pay reasonable repair/replacement costs and to notify the Supplier immediately upon discovery of such damage occurring, but no later than 8 hours later. You are liable for any damage caused by you or your Invitees to the Space, the Shared Facilities, the Common Areas, the Supplier Personal Property or the Building. If available at the Building, you may also have access to and non- exclusive use of any portions of the Building designated for common use of tenants and others ("Common Areas"), as, and to the extent, described in the House Rules. The Common Areas may be changed, relocated, altered, eliminated or otherwise modified at any time during the Term without the consent of, or notice to, Hero. Unless otherwise set forth in the House Rules, the right to parking is not provided under this Agreement.

  • Child Care The County will continue to support the concept of non-profit child care facilities similar to the “Kid’s at Work” program established in the Public Works Department.

  • Hospice Care If you have a terminal illness and you agree with your physician not to continue with a curative treatment program, this plan covers hospice care services received in your home, in a skilled nursing facility, or in an inpatient facility.

  • Urgent Care This plan covers services received at an urgent care center. For other services, such as surgery or diagnostic tests, the amount that you pay is based on the type of service being provided. See Summary of Medical Benefits for details. Follow-up care (such as suture removal or wound care) should be obtained from your

  • Customer Care a) Contractor shall comply with the applicable requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act and provide culturally competent customer service to all Covered California Enrollees in accordance with the applicable provisions of 45 C.F.R. § 155.205 and § 155.210, which refer to consumer assistance tools and the provision of culturally and linguistically appropriate information and related products. b) Contractor shall comply with HIPAA rules and other laws, rules and regulations respecting privacy and security.

  • Dependent Care The College will make available to employees, at their option, an Internal Revenue Service Code Section 129 Dependent Care plan. The plan will be established, administered, and communicated to employees by the State without cost to the employees.

  • Chiropractic Services This plan covers chiropractic visits up to the benefit limit shown in the Summary of Medical Benefits. The benefit limit applies to any visit for the purposes of chiropractic treatment or diagnosis.

  • Medical Care The Parents must comply with the School Welfare Officer's recommendations which may include a reasonable decision to release the Pupil home or to his / her education guardian when s/he is unwell.
