Governing Law and Competent Jurisdiction. This Agreement shall be governed by, and any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be construed and/or resolved in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. Any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with the validity, interpretation, execution or termination of this Agreement shall be resolved by Moscow Arbitration Court. 17.3 Применимое право и юрисдикция Настоящее Соглашение подчиняется праву Российской Федерации; любые споры, возникающие по настоящему Соглашению или в связи с ним, толкуются и/или урегулируются в соответствии с правом Российской Федерации.
