Value of the Company Shares and Nokia Shares. For the calculation of any adjustment factor as described above, the value of the Company Shares or Nokia Shares at a specific date shall be equal to the weighted average of trading prices during the three trading days preceding such date. Failing this, the value shall be determined by an expert with an international reputation, designated by Nokia or the Company, as the case may be, which opinion shall be irrevocable.
