Governing Law; Forum; Venue. This Lease is executed and delivered in the State of Arizona, and the substantive laws of the State of Arizona (without reference to choice of law principles) shall govern their interpretation and enforcement. Any action brought to interpret or enforce any provision of this Lease that cannot be administratively resolved, or otherwise related to or arising from this Lease, shall be commenced and maintained in the state or federal courts of the State of Arizona, Maricopa County, and each of the parties, to the extent permitted by law, consents to jurisdiction and venue in such courts for such purposes.
Governing Law; Forum; Venue. This Agreement is deemed executed, delivered and performed in the State of Arizona, and the substantive laws of the State of Arizona and Federal law as applied in Arizona without reference to choice of law principles and specifically excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sales of Goods, shall govern its interpretation and enforcement. Any action brought to interpret or enforce any provisions of this Agreement, or otherwise relating to or arising from this Agreement, shall be commenced and maintained in the Superior Court in and for the County of Maricopa in the State of Arizona or the United States District Court, District of Arizona and each Party consents to jurisdiction and venue in such court for such purposes.
Governing Law; Forum; Venue. This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed and enforced in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York without giving effect to conflict of laws principles that would result in the application of the laws of another jurisdiction. The courts of the State of New York, shall have and the parties consent to, jurisdiction over any and all disputes arising out of and related to this Agreement and the parties waive any other jurisdiction. Exclusive venue for any litigation related hereto shall occur in the state or federal court in the County of New York.

This Agreement is deemed executed, delivered and performed in the State of Missouri, and the substantive laws of the State of Missouri and Federal law as applied in Missouri without reference to choice of laws principles and specifically excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sales of Goods, shall govern its interpretation and enforcement. Any action brought to interpret or enforce any provisions of this Agreement, or otherwise relating to or arising from this Agreement, shall be commenced and maintained solely in the Circuit Court of Howell County in the State of Missouri and each Party consents to jurisdiction and venue in such court for such purposes.
Governing Law; Forum; Venue. The substantive laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and Federal law as applied in Pennsylvania (without reference to choice of law principles) and specifically excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sales of Goods, shall govern the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms and Conditions. Any action brought to interpret or enforce any provisions of these Terms and Conditions, or otherwise relating to or arising from these Terms and Conditions, shall be commenced and maintained in the federal and state courts located in or serving the County of Alleghany in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and each of the parties consents to jurisdiction and venue in such court for such purposes.
Governing Law; Forum; Venue. This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to principles of conflict of laws. The Parties agree that any proceeding relating to this Agreement will take place in the State and Federal courts located in Los Angeles, California; and both Parties hereby waive the right to object to that choice of law, personal jurisdiction or venue.
Governing Law; Forum; Venue. (a) This Agreement shall in all respects be interpreted, enforced, and governed by and under the laws of the State of California, without regards to its conflict of laws provisions.
(b) Any lawsuit between the Parties arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought only in a federal or state court located in the County of Santa Xxxxx in the State of California, without regard to where any such dispute may arise. The Parties agree that both forum and venue in any such courts located in the County of Santa Xxxxx in the State of California is proper and not inconvenient and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for purposes of enforcing the terms and conditions of this Agreement or for the adjudication of any action or proceeding relating to or arising out of this Agreement. Further, the Parties agree that any judgment obtained in any such court located in the County of Santa Xxxxx in the State of California may be enforced in a court of competent jurisdiction located in any other jurisdiction.

The provisions of this Agreement shall be construed and interpreted according to the federal laws of the United States if applicable, and otherwise by the laws of the State of Illinois. The Parties agree and consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts located in Chicago, Illinois.

This Agreement is deemed executed, delivered and performed in the State of California, and the substantive laws of the State of California and Federal law as applied in California without reference to choice of law principles and specifically excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sales of Goods, shall govern its interpretation and enforcement. Any action brought to interpret or enforce any provisions of this Agreement, or otherwise relating to or arising from this Agreement, shall be commenced and maintained in the Superior Court in and for the County of Los Angeles in the State of California and each Party consents to jurisdiction and venue in such court for such purposes.

This Agreement is deemed executed, delivered and performed in the State of Kentucky, and the substantive laws of the State of Kentucky and Federal law as applied in Kentucky (without reference to choice of law principles) and specifically excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sales of Goods, shall govern its interpretation and enforcement. Any action brought to interpret or enforce any provisions of this Agreement, or otherwise relating to or arising from this Agreement, shall be commenced and maintained in the Superior Court or Federal District Court located in the County of Kenton in the State of Kentucky and each of the Parties consents to jurisdiction and venue in such court for such purposes.
