Governing Law, Place of Jurisdiction. These GBTC and the contract which they form part of, shall be governed by the Czech law. The court locally competent to resolve any disputes arising out of the contract is the general court of VP.
Governing Law, Place of Jurisdiction. 13.1 This Agreement and all non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Germany without recourse to the German rules of private international law. Place of performance for the obligations hereto shall be Hamburg, Germany.
13.2 All disputes arising in connection with this Agreement or its validity shall be finally settled in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the German Institution of Arbitration (Deutsche Institution für Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit (DIS) e.V.) without recourse to the ordinary courts of law. The place of arbitration is Hamburg, Germany. The number of arbitrators is three. The language of the arbitral proceedings is English. The applicable substantive law is the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Governing Law, Place of Jurisdiction. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to any conflicts of laws concepts that would apply the substantive law of some other jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement or any other stipulations in connection with this Agreement are to be decided by the competent court of law. Place of jurisdiction for both Parties is New York, NY, US, and each Party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of and laying of venue in such courts. Notwithstanding the foregoing, each Party shall have the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction as may be necessary to avoid irreparable harm, without the need to post any security.
Governing Law, Place of Jurisdiction. All claims arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Services will be governed by the Laws of Germany. All disputes and claims arising from or relating to this Agreement must first (i) attempt to be resolved amicably by the Parties through negotiation within thirty days (30) of written notice of such dispute. (1) Unless provided otherwise, the rights and obligations arising out of, and in connection with, these Statutes shall be governed by the substantive laws (Sachrecht), excluding German private international law, of the Federal Republic of Germany. Only the English language version of these Statutes is legally binding. A German language version is no longer provided.
(2) Any non-contractual rights and obligations arising out of, and in connection with, these Statutes shall be governed by the substantive laws (Sachrecht), excluding German private international law, of the Federal Republic of Germany.
(3) Exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of, or in connection with, these Statutes is Frankfurt am Main.
Governing Law, Place of Jurisdiction. (A) This Agreement shall be governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of England.
(B) For the benefit of the Agent, each of the Banks, the Issuing Bank and the Overdraft Bank, the Borrower irrevocably agrees that:
(I) the courts of England are to have jurisdiction to settle any disputes which may arise in connection with the legal relationships established by this Agreement or otherwise arising in connection with this Agreement, and the Borrower irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of such courts; and
(II) this provision shall not limit the rights of the Agent, the Banks, the Issuing Bank or the Overdraft Bank to take proceedings in any other court of competent jurisdiction.

(ii) this provision shall not limit the rights of the Bank to take proceedings in any other court of competent jurisdiction.
Governing Law, Place of Jurisdiction. (a) This Share Purchase Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
(b) All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Share Purchase Agreement or its validity shall be decided by an arbitral tribunal in accordance with the DIS Arbitration Rules (Schiedsgerichtsordnung der Deutschen Institution für Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit e.V.), as amended, to the exclusion of the jurisdiction of ordinary courts of law (except in the case of interim relief). The arbitral tribunal shall consist of three arbitrators. The presiding arbitrator must be qualified to exercise the functions of a judge (Xxxxxxx) in the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of arbitration shall be Frankfurt am Main. Language of arbitration shall be German; however, the Parties are not obliged to provide translations of English-language documents submitted as evidence or for similar purposes.
Governing Law, Place of Jurisdiction. 1. The law of Germany shall apply.
2. Place of jurisdiction shall be Berlin-Charlottenburg (Germany). However, the Contractor at his option shall also be entitled to institute legal proceedings to any other competent court.
Governing Law, Place of Jurisdiction. 1. Thessalonica, Greece shall be the place of performance and the place of jurisdiction. The supplier shall, however, also be entitled to commence an action before the courts competent at the ordering party’s headquarters.
2. The laws of Greece governing legal relationships between parties initiated in free commerce shall exclusively govern the legal relationships between the supplier and the ordering party to this agreement as well as any dispute arising in any way from the present agreement and its performance.
