Governing Law, Place of Jurisdiction. These GBTC and the contract which they form part of, shall be governed by the Czech law. The court locally competent to resolve any disputes arising out of the contract is the general court of CHB.
Governing Law, Place of Jurisdiction. 13.1 This Agreement and all non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Germany without recourse to the German rules of private international law. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to any conflicts of laws concepts that would apply the substantive law of some other jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement or any other stipulations in connection with this Agreement are to be decided by the competent court of law. 2. The laws of Greece governing legal relationships between parties initiated in free commerce shall exclusively govern the legal relationships between the supplier and the ordering party to this agreement as well as any dispute arising in any way from the present agreement and its performance.

Place of performance for all deliveries and performances made by newterra GmbH shall be Langgöns-Oberkleen. The application of the UN Convention of International Sale of goods is excluded

This CDPA shall be governed by the same law as the Cloud Service Agreement, unless the Cloud Service Agreement is governed by the law of a third country outside the EU/EEA, in which case the law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply to this CDPA. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this CDPA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court agreed between the Parties in the Cloud Service Agreement, unless the Parties have agreed in the Cloud Service Agreement that a court in a third country outside the EU/EEA shall have jurisdiction, in which case the competent courts in Berlin, Germany shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with this CDPA.
