Governing Law, Place of Jurisdiction. These GBTC and the contract which they form part of, shall be governed by the Czech law. The court locally competent to resolve any disputes arising out of the contract is the general court of BS.
Governing Law, Place of Jurisdiction. 13.1 This Agreement and all non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Germany without recourse to the German rules of private international law. Place of performance for the obligations hereto shall be Hamburg, Germany.

This CDPA shall be governed by the same law as the Cloud Service Agreement, unless the Cloud Service Agreement is governed by the law of a third country outside the EU/EEA, in which case the law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply to this CDPA.
