Government Cooperation. Nothing in this Agreement prohibits Executive from cooperating with any government agency, including the National Labor Relations Board or the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, or any similar state agency. Further, Executive understands that nothing in this Agreement (including any obligation in Paragraphs 5 or 9) prohibit him from reporting a possible violation of federal, state or local law or regulation to any governmental agency or entity, including but not limited to the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the United States Congress or any agency (including but not limited to the National Labor Relations Board or the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission) or inspector general, or making other disclosures that are protected under any whistleblower provision of federal, state or local law or regulation.
Government Cooperation. ARIN shall have the right, without liability to You, any Relying Party or any other third party, to cooperate and comply with all applicable laws, statutes, rules, or regulations and all government or judicial inquiries or orders with respect to any access or use of the ORCP Services (or any part thereof), including obtaining information from ARIN regarding allegations of any prohibited conduct by You, any Relying Party or other third party.
Government Cooperation. Nothing in this Agreement prohibits Xxxxxx from cooperating with any government agency.
Government Cooperation. Nothing in this Agreement prohibits Employee from cooperating with any government agency including, but not limited to, the U. S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”). However, Employee releases any right to recover any monetary amounts or benefits resulting from any claim or charge investigated by the EEOC, any other government agency or under any legal action brought against the Company by anyone else.
Government Cooperation. Nothing in this agreement prohibits Executive from reporting possible violations of local, state, foreign or federal law or regulation, or related facts, to any governmental agency or entity or making other reports or disclosures that, in each case, are protected under the whistleblower provisions of local, state, foreign or federal law or regulation. Without limitation, Executive may report possible violations of law or regulation and related facts to the U.S. Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, Congress, and any agency Inspector General. Executive not need the prior authorization of the Company to make any such reports or disclosures, and you do not need to notify the Company that he has made such reports or disclosures.
Government Cooperation. Notwithstanding any provision in this Agreement or any agreements on confidentiality, trade secrets or inventions, employment or severance agreements, or any other agreement that Executive may have entered into with the Company or affiliates thereof on or prior to the date hereof (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreements”), nothing contained in this Agreement or any of the Confidentiality Agreements shall (i) prohibit Executive from cooperating with or reporting to the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) possible violations of any law or regulation of the SEC, (ii) prohibit Executive from cooperating with or making other disclosures to the staff of the SEC that are protected under the whistleblower provisions of any federal securities laws or regulations or (iii) limit Executive’s right to receive an award for information provided to the SEC staff in accordance with the foregoing. I acknowledge I do not need the prior authorizations of the Company to engage in such reports, communications or disclosures and I am not required to notify the Company if I engage in any such reports, communications or disclosures.
Government Cooperation. The Contracting Parties agree to cooperate in matters of administration and institutional organisation, including the organisation of the legal system. To this end, they shall take steps aimed at encouraging exchanges of information and training courses for national government officials and employees with a view to increasing government efficiency. Cooperation in this field shall make use of existing institutions in both regions. Article 30
