Government Transportation. Under the 2010 Agreement, EU air carriers will have the right previously restricted under the “Fly America” program, to sell tickets to contractors of the U.S. government and partial ability to transport U.S. government officials.67 One historic breakthrough is an article in which both parties agree to be guided in the implementation of the full agreement in a manner that does not undermine labor rights. Government Transportation. Contractor personnel are authorized to be a passenger in and operator of government vehicles, and passengers on military aircraft, ships, and barges in the performance of their duties under this contract.
Government Transportation. Contractor personnel may be authorized to be a passenger on Government or military aircraft, ships, and barges during non-test periods in the performance of their duties under this contract. This authorization may only be granted if the aircraft, ship, or barge is a test asset. Contractor personnel will never be authorized to be a passenger if the aircraft, ship or barge is an Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD) item. Contractor personnel may also be authorized to be a passenger in Government-operated shuttles. Contractor transport on Government or military vehicles will be authorized only when such transport is essential to the performance of the contract and is determined to be cost-effective for the Government. The Contractor's travel request to the COR shall specifically request the use of Government transportation when applicable.

  • Government Use If the Software, Documentation, Materials and any other Licensor services are being or have been acquired with U.S. Federal Government funds, or Customer is an agency, department, or other entity of the United States Government ("Government"), the use, duplication, reproduction, release, modification, disclosure, or transfer of the Software or any related documentation of any kind, including technical data, manuals or Materials, is restricted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 12.212 for civilian agencies and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement 227.7202 for military agencies. The Software, Materials, and any Licensor services are COMMERCIAL ITEMS AS DEFINED BY THE FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION. Use of the Software and Materials by the Government is further restricted according to the Agreement and any amendment hereto.

  • Government End Users The Apple Software and related documentation are “Commercial Items”, as that term is defined at 48 C.F.R. §2.101, consisting of “Commercial Computer Software” and “Commercial Computer Software Documentation”, as such terms are used in 48 C.F.R. §12.212 or 48 C.F.R. §227.7202, as applicable. Consistent with 48 C.F.R. §12.212 or 48 C.F.R. §227.7202-1 through 227.7202-4, as applicable, the Commercial Computer Software and Commercial Computer Software Documentation are being licensed to U.S. Government end users (a) only as Commercial Items and (b) with only those rights as are granted to all other end users pursuant to the terms and conditions herein.   • Government Procurement ARTICLE 6.1

  • Government Facilities ‌ The Contactor shall arrange with the OCO or other designated representative for means of access to premises, delivery and storage of materials and equipment, use of approaches, use of corridors, stairways, elevators, and similar matters. A Contractor working in a government facility shall be responsible for maintaining satisfactory standards of employee competency, conduct, appearance, and integrity and shall be responsible for taking disciplinary action with respect to their employees as necessary. The Contractor is responsible for ensuring that their employees do not disturb papers on desks, open desk drawers or cabinets, or use Government telephones, except as authorized. Each employee is expected to adhere to standards of behavior that reflect favorably on their employer and the Federal Government. The Contactor shall ensure that all of its employees, including Subcontractor employees, working under XXXXX are informed of the substance of this clause.

  • Environment Health and Safety 24.4.1. The Supplier and its staff (and/or any sub-supplier and/or subcontractor) shall comply with the laws and regulations in force related to protection of the environment, the health and safety instructions applicable to the Goods and Services performed pursuant to the Contract and especially, if appropriate, to the Goodsand Services performedon any Site by a third company.

  • Government Users If Customer is a U.S. government entity or if this Agreement otherwise becomes subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Customer acknowledges that elements of the Service constitute software and documentation and are provided as “Commercial Items” as defined at 48 C.F.R. 2.101, and are being licensed to U.S. government User as commercial computer software subject to the restricted rights described in 48 C.F.R. 2.101 and 12.212.

  • Government Standards The Contractor shall ensure that all items and services proposed conform to all local, State and Federal law concerning safety (OSHA and NOSHA) and environmental control (EPA and Bureau County Pollution Regulations) and any other enacted ordinance, code, law or regulation. The Contractor shall be responsible for all costs incurred for compliance with any such possible ordinance, code, law or regulation. No time extensions shall be granted or financial consideration given to the Contractor for time or monies lost due to violations of any such ordinance, code, law or regulations that may occur.

  • Government Programs The Property is subject to the government programs listed below or on the attached exhibit: . Seller shall provide Buyer with copies of all governmental program agreements. Any allocation or proration of payment under governmental programs is made by separate agreement between the parties which will survive closing.

  • GOVERNMENT ACQUISITION 19.1 MBSB has not received any notification of any acquisition by the acquiring authority of the whole or any part of the property. In the event of any such acquisition or intended acquisition the sale of the property shall not be annulled nor there any adjustment or abatement of the Purchase Price. In this respect, upon the full payment of the Purchase Price by the Purchaser to the bank together with all interest on late payment (if any) all compensation, which may be paid by the acquiring authority shall belong to the Purchaser.
