Governmental Assistance. Except as disclosed in Schedule 4.19 of the Disclosure Schedules, the Corporation has not received any grants or other forms of assistance, including loans with interest below market rates or guarantees of any loans, from any Governmental Authority that have not been fully repaid or reimbursed and satisfied, and the Corporation is not a party to any Contract or understanding with respect to any such grant or form of assistance.

Governmental Assistance. All commitments and other assurances regarding the Industrial Revenue Development Bonds desired by Purchaser from the applicable Governmental Body of the Junction City, Kansas (or any quasi governmental authorities) shall be, to Purchaser's satisfaction, granted or otherwise obtained, preserved or transferred, as applicable, in their entirety to Purchaser in a writing legally sufficient, in the opinion of Purchaser's counsel, to bind such authority.
Governmental Assistance. Except as disclosed in Schedule 4.21, neither the Corporation nor any of the Subsidiaries has received any grants or other forms of assistance, including loans with interest below market rates or guarantees of any loans, from any Governmental Authority that have not been fully repaid or reimbursed and satisfied, and neither the Corporation nor any of the Subsidiaries is a party to any Contract or understanding with respect to any such grant or form of assistance.
Governmental Assistance. Base Rent shall be reduced in the event Landlord receives contributions from any governmental entity for on-site costs which are part of Landlord's original scope of work. The reduction in Base Rent shall be calculated as the product of the total cost savings multiplied by 9.75%. Such reduction, however, does not apply to off-site costs, such as road curb cuts, deceleration lanes or sewer extensions which are not a part of Landlord's original cost estimates.
Governmental Assistance. Upon e-Smart’s request, MYBi shall use commercially reasonable efforts to assist e-Smart in securing and maintaining any and all registrations, permits, licenses, approvals, certificates and other governmental actions required to be secured and maintained by e-Smart for the activities contemplated by this Agreement. Any such registration, permit, license, approval, certificate or other action will be secured and maintained solely in the name of e-Smart.
