Governmental Inspection. Each Group Member and Cord Blood Bank is under the supervision of the Ministry of Health of the PRC, including the provincial level Department of Health. Each Group Member and Cord Blood Bank has passed all annual inspections and occasional inspections conducted by the relevant Governmental Authority, whether evidenced by written documents issued by such Governmental Authority or not.
Governmental Inspection. Each Party shall advise the other of any governmental communication, inspection or report which addresses or affects the Bulk Product promptly after becoming aware of it. Savient shall have the right to observe any such governmental inspection; provided, however that such governmental inspection is specifically related to the Bulk Product.
Governmental Inspection. If any Governmental Authority conducts or gives notice to either Party of its intent to conduct an inspection or audit of such Party or its facilities that relates to such Party’s performance hereunder, or that could affect such Party’s ability to perform hereunder and in accordance herewith, such Party shall promptly notify the other Party and shall provide updates from time-to-time, including upon such other Party’s reasonable request, regarding the results of such audit or inspection, including any corrective steps to be taken.
Governmental Inspection. Each Party shall advise the other of any governmental communication, inspection or report which addresses or affects the Product promptly after becoming aware of it and the JMC shall take action at its next meeting (or, if applicable, the Parties as soon as practicable shall meet) to determine the Parties’ response to such governmental communication, inspection or report.
Governmental Inspection. Recipient shall advise Corautus of any governmental communication, inspection or report relating to the Original Biological Materials which it is aware and which might reasonably be expected to affect the Original Biological Materials. Any response to a regulatory notice relating to the Original Biological Materials or such Law shall be prepared jointly by the Parties.

Governmental Inspection. To the best of Seller's knowledge, there is no ruling, ordinance, regulation, or statute that requires any governmental agency to inspect the Property and/or issue any documents affecting the continued occupancy and specifications of the apartment project as a result of the sale of the Property to Buyer.

Both Parties shall have the right to be present during any such inspection.

Each Party shall advise the other Party of any governmental communication, inspection or report or Law relating to a Product or Injection Catheter of which it is aware and which might reasonably be expected to affect the Principal Product or Injection Catheter. Any response to a regulatory notice relating to the Principal Products, Injection Catheters or such Law shall be prepared jointly by the Parties, with the lead role taken by the Party to whom such notice is addressed (or, if addressed to both Parties, with the lead role taken by the Company unless the notice relates to the Injection Catheter in which case BSC shall take the lead role); provided, however, that each Party shall be entitled to take all such actions with respect to such notice as are required of it by Law. Both Parties shall have the right to be present during any such inspection.
Governmental Inspection. BioGeneriX shall advise Neose of any governmental visits to, or written or oral inquiries about, any facilities or procedures for the manufacture, storage or handling of the Product, promptly (but in no event later than seven calendar days) after such visit or inquiry, if such visit or inquiry relates to the Neose Technology. BioGeneriX shall furnish to Neose, within seven days after receipt, a copy of any report or correspondence issued by the governmental authority in connection with such visit or inquiry, purged only of confidential or proprietary information that is unrelated to the Neose Technology. In addition, to the extent practicable, BioGeneriX shall furnish to Neose, at least five working days prior to sending, a copy of any correspondence proposed to be sent to any governmental authority that is related to the Neose Technology, and shall revise such correspondence to take into account the reasonable suggestions of Neose made during the five-working-day period.
