Funds Availability Policy Your Ability To Withdraw Funds. Our policy is to delay the availability of funds from your cash and check deposits. During the delay, you may not withdraw the funds in cash and we will not use the funds to pay checks that you have written. Determining the Availability of a Deposit. The length of the delay is counted in business days from the day of your deposit. Every day is a business day except Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays. If you make a deposit before closing on a business day that we are open, we will consider that day to be the day of your deposit. However, if you make a deposit after closing or on a day we are not open, we will consider that the deposit was made on the next business day we are open. The length of the delay varies depending on the type of deposit and is explained below. Same-Day Availability. Funds from electronic direct deposits to your account will be available on the day we receive the deposit. Next-Day Availability. Funds from the following deposits are available on the first (1st) business day after the day of your deposit: • U.S. Treasury checks that are payable to you. • Wire transfers. • Checks drawn on us. If you make the deposit in person to one of our employees, funds from the following deposits are also available on the first (1st) business day after the day of your deposit: • Cash. • State and local government checks that are payable to you. • Cashier’s, certified, and xxxxxx’s checks that are payable to you. • Federal Reserve Bank checks, Federal Home Loan Bank checks, and postal money orders, if these items are payable to you. If you do not make your deposit in person to one of our employees (for example, if you mail the deposit), funds from these deposits will be available on the second (2nd) business day after the day we receive your deposit.
Product Coverage This Agreement shall apply to all manufactured products, - including capital goods, processed agricultural products, and those products failing outside the definition of agricultural products as set out in this Agreement. Agricultural products shall be excluded from the CEPT Scheme.

Support Coverage We do not provide Production or Development Support for Software that (a) you (or a third party) have modified or recompiled, (b) is running on hardware or hypervisor that is not Supported Hardware or (c) is running in an unsupported Use Case as described in an Exhibit. You are responsible for testing the Software before deploying it in your environment. You should also backup your systems on a regular basis and have those backups available if needed for support purposes.
Travel Accident Insurance We agree to provide you with Travel Accident Insurance at no direct cost to you. You, your spouse and unmarried dependent children will be automatically insured against accidental bodily injuries or death while riding in any aircraft or land or water conveyance operated by a common carrier licensed to carry passengers for hire provided the full travel fare(s) has been charged to your Account. Death benefits will be paid to the estate of the insured; all other benefits will be paid to the insured. This insurance is subject to cancellation without prior notice. You understand and agree that the Certificate of Insurance controls all insurance terms and conditions to the exclusion of any statements made in this Agreement regarding limitations, exclusions, and claims procedures.
Safety Policy Each employer is required by law to have a safety policy and program. TIR will ask for and may require a copy of that policy and program.

Client Money Handling Rules 16.1. The Company will promptly place any Client money it receives into one or more segregated account(s) with reliable financial institutions (i.e. an affiliate, a bank, a market, a settlement agent, a clearing house or OTC counterparty) and the Client funds will be segregated from the Company’s own money and cannot be used in the course of its business. The Client money shall be treated, at all times, in accordance with the applicable ‘Client Money’ rules, as amended from time to time.
SPAM POLICY You are strictly prohibited from using the Website or any of the Company's Services for illegal spam activities, including gathering email addresses and personal information from others or sending any mass commercial emails.
Excess/Umbrella Liability Policies Required insurance coverage limits may be provided through a combination of primary and excess/umbrella liability policies. If coverage limits are provided through excess/umbrella liability policies, then a Schedule of underlying insurance listing policy information for all underlying insurance policies (insurer, policy number, policy term, coverage and limits of insurance), including proof that the excess/umbrella insurance follows form must be provided after renewal and/or upon request.
