Grade Reports and Medical Information. The custodial parent shall provide the non-custodial parent with grade reports and notices from school as they are received and shall, consistent with law, permit the non-custodial parent to communicate concerning the children directly with the school and with the children's doctors and other professionals, outside the presence of the custodial parent. Each parent shall immediately notify the other of any medical emergencies or serious illnesses of the children. The custodial parent shall notify the non-custodial parent of all school or other events (like Church or Scouts) involving parental participation. If the children are taking medications, the custodial parent shall provide a sufficient amount and appropriate instructions.

HHSC will have the right to recover from Grantee all damages and liabilities caused by or arising from Grantee or Grantee Agents’ failure to protect HHSC’s Confidential Information as required by this section. IN COORDINATION WITH THE INDEMNITY PROVISIONS CONTAINED IN THE UTC, Xxxxxxx WILL INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS HHSC FROM ALL DAMAGES, COSTS, LIABILITIES, AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND COSTS) CAUSED BY OR ARISING FROM Grantee OR Grantee AGENTS FAILURE TO PROTECT OTHER CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION. Grantee WILL FULFILL THIS PROVISION WITH COUNSEL APPROVED BY HHSC.
