Parental Participation. As a Volunteer organization, we cannot provide a great environment for our players without the support of our families and the need for Volunteers. There is a requirement and assumption that all families in the organization participate in all organization sponsored activities.

Parental Participation. The Board will establish policies to ensure parental involvement. The process to ensure parental involvement may include, but not be limited to: • Parents will receive written materials at the beginning of each school year. • Parents will be encouraged to attend two parent teacher conferences per year • Parents will be asked to complete a survey during the school year addressing the following issues: safety to students, classroom discipline, school-wide discipline, child’s response to classroom atmosphere, and parent’s perception of learning environment, curriculum, and achievement • Parents will be encouraged to be involved in the Parent-Faculty Association (PFA) and to volunteer for school projects, programs, and committees, and to work with students • Parents will be highly encouraged to attend and participate in the Board of Directors monthly board meetings. • Parents will be encouraged to provide an appropriate learning environment at home for study • TAB 5 • Parents will be encouraged and welcomed to volunteer in their child’s(xxx’s) classroom(s) Parents will be encouraged to communicate regularly with the school. In turn, the school and the PFA will regularly communicate with the parents.

  • Program Participation By participating in the CRF Program, Grantee agrees to:

  • Employee Participation The Employer will assist employees' participation in health promotion and health education programs. Health promotion and health education programs that have been endorsed by the Employer (Minnesota Management & Budget) will be considered to be non-assigned job-related training pursuant to Administrative Procedure 21. Approval for this training is at the discretion of the Appointing Authority and is contingent upon meeting staffing needs in the employee's absence and the availability of funds. Employees are eligible for release time, tuition reimbursement, or a pro rata combination of both. Employees may be reimbursed for up to one hundred (100) percent of tuition or registration costs upon successful completion of the program. Employees may be granted release time, including the travel time, in lieu of reimbursement.

  • Community Participation Goods, works, and services required for Part B.2 of the Project may be procured on the basis of community participation in accordance with rules and procedures acceptable to the Association, as set forth in the PIP.

  • Voluntary Participation The Grantee’s participation in the Plan is voluntary. The value of the Restricted Stock Units is an extraordinary item of compensation. Unless otherwise expressly provided in a separate agreement between the Grantee and the Company or a Subsidiary, the Restricted Stock Units are not part of normal or expected compensation for purposes of calculating any severance, resignation, redundancy, end-of-service payments, bonuses, long-service awards, pension or retirement benefits or similar payments.
