Grandparenting Clause. Unit members who were employed in Fall 2017 will be placed on the unit member Reemployment List if all of the following criteria are met:
Grandparenting Clause. The employer agrees to the grandparenting for all current Resident Attendants to the Health Care Aide.
Grandparenting Clause. Unit members who are on the Reemployment List as of July 1, 2023 will maintain their position on the list so long as they have not been removed because of a provision in Section 11 a., b., c., or d.
