Health Care Aide means an Employee who is entitled to the certification of Health Care Aide pursuant to applicable legislation and pursuant to Alberta Health Services regulations.

Health Care Aide. (HCA) is an Employee who has successfully completed and holds a recognized certificate as a Health Care Aide or equivalent. Only Employees holding a recognized certification as a Health Care Aide shall be employed as a Health Care Aide.
