Grant and Description of Easements. Grantor hereby grants and conveys to Grantee, its successors and assigns who become owners of the Grantee’s Property, the right, title and privilege of a permanent non-exclusive easement and right of way for vehicular and pedestrian traffic (the “Access Easement”) in, on, over, across, upon, along and through that certain parcel of land more particularly described on Exhibit C attached hereto (the “Access Easement Parcel”) extending from Route 60 to the boundary of Grantee’s property as more particularly shown on the survey drawing attached hereto as Exhibit D.
