Site Rules. The Contractor, its employees and subcontractors required to enter a TGen site must ensure that they obtain any relevant site rules and comply with all rules in force at the site, including security screening and criminal history checks where required. The Contractor is responsible for obtaining all relevant permits and the payment of all associated fees and/or charges which are levied by any relevant authority.
Site Rules. 11.1 It may be necessary or desirable to change the Site Rules from time to time, including for reasons of health and safety, the efficient running of the Site, environmental issues, local authority requirements, and/or changes in law or regulations or in the interpretation of law and regulations imposed upon us, in which case we will notify you in writing to your current address.
11.2 Any changes made to the Site Rules after the signing of this Licence Agreement may affect you because you will be required to comply with the changed Site Rules, but will not affect anything else to which you are entitled under this Licence Agreement.
Site Rules. If Seller performs any services for Buyer on Buyer's premises ("Site"), its employees, and its subcontractors (regardless of tier) shall comply with and observe all directions, rules, and regulations of Buyer relating to conduct while on Buyer’s Site. These directions, rules, and regulations ("Rules") include, but are not limited to the following: safety and health, fire prevention, environmental, housekeeping, maintenance and protection of the Site, delivery and storage of materials, ingress and egress to the premises, parking, employee conduct, and public relations. Copies of such Site Rules will be furnished to Seller upon request.
Site Rules. In addition to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, your use of the Site is conditioned upon your compliance with certain rules governing selling and buying on the Site, password maintenance, postings and conduct on the Site, and other matters. These rules, the majority of which are available here but may also be found elsewhere as applicable on the Site (the “Site Rules”), are hereby incorporated into this Agreement in their entirety.
Site Rules. While on the Premises, Project Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to comply with the site rules attached hereto as Exhibit E.
Site Rules. The Vendor and its employees, agents and sub-contractors must abide by the Buyer’s policies and procedures when: (i) on any premises owned or occupied by the Buyer; (ii) using any Buyer Items; or (iii) accessing any Buyer systems.

Site Rules. Tenant shall ensure that all the provisions and conditions contained or imposed in this Exhibit C are observed and performed by all designers, contractors and trades engaged by Tenant. All contractors, subcontractors and materialmen shall be subject to prior approval by Landlord and shall be subject to the administrative supervision of Landlord and any construction rules or regulations imposed by Landlord. All Tenant Improvements shall be handled in such a manner so as not to interfere with or delay any other work occurring in the Building. All contractors, subcontractors and materialmen shall take all necessary steps to insure, so far as may be possible, the progress of the work without interruption on account of strikes, work stoppage or similar causes for delay. If Tenant’s contractors or subcontractors do not promptly cause any pickets to be withdrawn and any other disruptions to the operations of the Building promptly to cease, or if Landlord notifies Tenant that Landlord has in good faith concluded that picketing or other disruptive activities are an imminent threat, Tenant shall immediately cause the withdrawal from the job of all its contractors, subcontractors or materialmen involved in the dispute.
Site Rules. In the event the site owners safety rules are more severe than those imposed by Pennecon, than the owners shall apply.
