Grant Close out. Upon completion of all work and expenditure of all grant funds related to the Project the Authority will provide written notice to the Grantee that the Grant will be closed. The Grantee shall sign the Notice of Project Closeout within 30 days after it is delivered by the Authority. The Grant will be considered closed upon receipt of the signed Notice of Project Closeout. The Grant will be administratively closed if the Grantee fails to return the Notice of Project Closeout within 30 days after it is delivered by the Authority. If the Grantee has a valid reason for the Grant to remain open, they must contact the Authority in writing within 30 days. No additional reimbursements will be made to the Grantee after the grant is closed out. Appendix B Standard Provisions

Grant Close out. Unless the Commission authorizes an extension, Subrecipient will liquidate all obligations incurred under the federal award not later than seventy-five (75) calendar days after the end date of the period of performance as specified in this Attestation and Agreement, Subrecipient will promptly refund any balances of unobligated cash that the federal awarding agency or pass- through entity paid in advance or paid and that is not authorized to be retained for use in other projects. Subrecipient will account for any real and personal property acquired with federal funds received from the Commission.
Grant Close out. After the receipt and review of the Final Report, Saxifrage will notify Sprout when the Grant is considered closed. If all terms and conditions of the Agreement have been satisfied, then Sprout will be considered in good standing with Saxifrage and eligible to apply in the future for other Saxifrage programs and activities.
Grant Close out. A. Final Grantee Report In addition to any other reporting requirements specified in this Agreement, the Grantee shall complete and submit a Final Grantee Report on forms provided by the Department, within forty-five (45) days of the earlier of the Grant Period end date or the effective date of termination of this Agreement. The Grantee should refer to the Welcome Package and the Reports Deliverable Schedule for the specific reporting requirements and due dates. The Grantee must report on the expenditure of Grant Funds provided by the State, and if applicable, the Grantee's required matching funds. The Grantee is responsible for taking the necessary steps to correct any deficiencies disclosed by such Final Grantee Report, including such action as the Department, based on its review of the report, may direct.

  • Project Close-out Termination of a research project that used controlled-access data from an NIHdesignated data repository (e.g., dbGaP) and confirmation of data destruction when the research is completed and/or discontinued. The project close-out process is completed in the dbGaP Authorized Access System.

  • Close Out Upon the Close-out of any Contract, the Close-out Amount for such Contract shall be due. If, however, Applicable Law would stay or otherwise impair the enforcement of the provisions of this Agreement or any Contract upon the occurrence of an insolvency related Close-out or Event of Default, then Close-out shall automatically occur immediately prior to the occurrence of such insolvency related Close-out or Event of Default.
