Grant of Access Easement; Advance Notice to Access. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the City grants, assigns and conveys to Seaview Palms, its successors and assigns, and all its Permittees, a perpetual, non-exclusive, irrevocable easement over and across the Property to access (by foot or by vehicle or by other means) the billboard, the billboard area and the utility lines serving the billboard (the “Access Easement”). Seaview Palms and its Permittees shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide written notice to the City (to an email address designated by the City) at least 24 hours in advance of accessing the Property pursuant to the Access Easement; provided no advance written notice shall be required in the event of an emergency repair or other emergency situation.

  • Access Easement The Owner shall grant to VBWD the necessary easements and rights-of-way and/or maintain perpetual access from public rights-of-way to the Facility for VBWD, its agent, or contractor.

  • Advance Notice of Layoff The Employer shall notify employees who are to be laid off four (4) weeks prior to the effective date of layoff. If the employee has not had the opportunity to work the days as provided in this article, they shall be paid for the days for which work was not made available.
