Further Acts and Assurances Each of the Parties after convincing itself agrees to execute and deliver all such further agreements, documents and instruments, and to do and perform all such further acts and things, as shall be necessary or convenient to carry out the provisions of this Agreement and to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby.
QUALIFICATIONS AND ASSIGNMENTS A. The Board shall employ teachers who have at least a Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university. This provision in no way inhibits the Board's right to hire non-degreed vocationally certified personnel.
Warranty Affirmations Assurances and Certifications 3.01 Federal Assurances Performing Agency further certifies that, to the extent Federal Assurances are incorporated into the Contract under the Signature Document, the Federal Assurances have been reviewed and that Performing Agency is in compliance with each of the requirements reflected therein.
New Certifications If a participating Employer is newly certified by ONA at one of its owned nursing homes for its registered nurses, the existing standard non-monetary provisions in the central ONA/RN agreements will automatically apply to the nurses effective nine (9) months after the Employer receives notice to bargain from the Union or a Memorandum of Agreement or Interest Arbitration Award is received, whichever is earlier. PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND ASSIGNMENTS (In 2011, the Florida Legislature passed statutory changes eliminating the granting of new Professional Service Contracts and prohibiting the School Board from following the requirements outlined in Sections 14.1, 14.1-1, 14.1-2, and 14.1-3 of the contract below. These provisions are therefore placed in abeyance until all legal challenges have been resolved. All other Sections beginning with 14.2 remain in full force and effect.)

TITLE VI ASSURANCES The requirements and terms of the United States Department of Transportation Title VI program, as revised from time to time, are incorporated into this Contract for all purposes. Engineer has reviewed Exhibit “J”, and shall comply with its terms and conditions.
Annual Representations and Certifications Any changes provided by the Offeror in paragraph (b)(2) of this provision do not automatically change the representations and certifications in XXX.
