Common use of Grantor Recognition Clause in Contracts

Grantor Recognition. The Subrecipient shall ensure recognition of the role of the City in providing services through this Agreement. All activities, facilities and items utilized pursuant to this Agreement shall be prominently labeled as to funding source. In addition, the Subrecipient will include a reference to the support provided herein in all publications made possible with funds made available under this Agreement. Such labeling and/or reference shall include the following credit line: "Funding for programs or projects of this agency has been provided in part by the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program through the City of Fort Xxxxxxx."
