Common use of Grid Placement Clause in Contracts

Grid Placement. Each Teacher shall be paid at the rate appropriate to the Teacher’s teaching experience per articles 10.06 and the Teacher’s category classification per article 10.07, as set forth on the grid in 10.11.

The appropriate adjustments shall be made retroactive to the date on which the employment commenced. Teachers with less than full-time assignment shall be paid pro rata based on their assignment percentage.
