GRIEVANCE AND GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE. 8.01 It is the intent of this grievance procedure to provide for the successful administration of this Agreement by providing a procedure to be utilized for the prompt discussion and final and binding settlement of any grievance, without stoppage of work, arising from the interpretation, application, administration or alleged violation of this Agreement, including any question as to whether a matter is arbitrable.
