Grievance Appeal Officer. Complaints Filed With - If the grievant is not satisfied with the results rendered in Step 2 for general grievances and Step 1 for issues of Contract Interpretation and Past Practice, Compensation or EEO, the grievant may appeal the decision in writing to the applicable Grievance Appeal Officer with a copy to the Department Director, the Director of Human Resources and the Union.
