Grievance Defined - The term “grievance” shall mean an allegation by a bargaining unit employee that there has been a breach, misinterpretation or improper application of the Agreement. It is not intended that the grievance procedure be used to effect changes in the Articles of this Agreement nor those matters not covered by this Agreement.

The term “grievant” as used in this Article includes the term “grievants.”
