GRIEVANCE IN WRITING. All grievances shall be in writing on forms provided by the Township. The aggrieved party shall state clearly and concisely all facts which are the basis for the grievance and if the claim that any Articles of this Agreement are involved, the aggrieved party shall specify such Articles. The grievance shall be dated and signed by the aggrieved party or parties.
