Grievance Information. A grievance shall mean an allegation by a Principal, or the St. Xxxxxxx-Xxxxxxxxxxx Principals' Association on behalf of a Principal, resulting in a disagreement regarding the interpretation or application of terms and conditions of employment insofar as such matters are contained in this Agreement. Pursuant to M.S. §179A.20, subd. 4, a disciplinary action shall constitute a grievance which may be submitted to the grievance procedure.
