Grievance Initiation. 37. a. A grievance affecting more than one EMPLOYEE shall be filed with the management official having authority over all EMPLOYEES affected by the grievance. Grievances must be filed in writing on a Union Grievance Form. The grievance will set forth the facts of the grievance, the terms and conditions of the Agreement claimed to have been violated, misapplied or misinterpreted, and the remedy or solution being sought by the grievant. 38. b. Only LOCAL 200 shall have the right on behalf of a disciplined or discharged EMPLOYEE to appeal the discipline or discharge action.
