Convocation Sample Clauses
The Convocation clause defines the procedures and requirements for calling a formal meeting or assembly of the parties involved in an agreement or organization. Typically, it outlines who has the authority to convene such meetings, the notice period required, and the method by which participants are informed—such as written notice or electronic communication. This clause ensures that all parties are given adequate and fair opportunity to participate in decision-making processes, thereby promoting transparency and orderly governance.
