Common use of Grievance Investigation Clause in Contracts

Grievance Investigation. The Union shall designate not more than three individuals who shall have the right to enter all schools for the purpose of investigating grievances or potential grievances and conducting Union business, provided, however, that such activity shall not interrupt the education process shall only be carried on during the regular school day and the visit shall only be made after notifying the office of the Building Principal.
