Common use of Grievance/Membership Chairperson Clause in Contracts

Grievance/Membership Chairperson. A. Employees may be represented by one Grievance/Membership Chairperson and a designated alternate xxxxxxx, or both, whose identity shall be made known to Human Resources. B. The Grievance/Membership Chairperson, during his/her working hours, without loss of time or pay, may investigate and present grievances to the Employer, after arrangements have been made with his/her supervisors. This privilege shall not be abused.
