Grievance Policy. The Board recognizes that in the interest of effective personnel management, a procedure is necessary whereby its employees can be assured of a prompt, impartial, and fair hearing on their grievances. Such procedures shall be available to all employees of the bargaining unit and no reprisals of any kind shall be taken against any employee initiating or participating in the grievance procedure.
