Common use of Grievance Policy Clause in Contracts

Grievance Policy. The School shall adopt a grievance policy for resolution of public complaints, including complaints regarding curriculum. Grievance policies must provide an opportunity for comment by parents of enrolled students in public hearing on the matter and an appeal process. The Institute may require the School to modify the proposed grievance policy prior to approval, but such approval will not be unreasonably withheld.
