Grievance Presented in Writing to Administrator. Within thirty (30) calendar days after the employee knew or reasonably should have known of the cause of any grievance, an employee having a grievance, with the optional assistance of a Union representative, shall present it in writing to the Facility Administrator or authorized designee. The written grievance shall contain all of the following pertinent information:
