Grievance Procedure - Step Four. a. Within ten (10) work days of receipt of the written decision of the Superintendent or designee, the Association, upon written notice to the employer, may submit the grievance to binding arbitration. b. The arbitrator shall be selected from a panel of arbitrators provided by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its rules which shall likewise govern the arbitration hearing.
