Grievance Procedure - Step Two. If the grievance has not been settled satisfactorily in Step One above, then within seven (7) working days from receiving the reply of the Manager in Step One the Union Representative shall give the District Manager or his/her appointee notice in writing of the employee’s desire to meet with the employee in order to settle the grievance and shall enclose a copy of the grievance in writing signed by the employee concerned. The grievance to be discussed shall be itemized and shall state the clause or clauses of the agreement, if any, alleged to have been violated. The District Manager or his/her appointee, who shall have full authority in the matter, shall acknowledge receipt of the notice of the meeting in writing and shall meet within seven (7) working days of such receipt of grievance. The District Manager shall give his/her reply in writing within seven (7) working days of the hearing of the grievance in Step Two.
