Grievance Process Level 2. (a) When an employee is not satisfied with an answer or settlement received from the Designated Representative at Level 1, the employee may resubmit the grievance directly to the Designated Representative at Level 2.

Grievance Process In the event of any dispute arising in connection with any part of this clause, such a dispute shall be processed in accordance with the dispute settling provisions of this Agreement.
GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE 7.01 For purposes of this Agreement, a grievance is defined as a difference arising between the parties relating to the interpretation, application, administration or alleged violation of the Agreement including any question as to whether a matter is arbitrable.
