Grievance Step 2. If the grievance is not settled at Step 1, the Union may, within seven (7) calendar days after receipt of the Company's written Step 1 Grievance response, submit a written request to the Human Resources Representative for a Step 2 Meeting. In the event the Company fails to respond to a grievance within ten (10) calendar days after the Step 1 meeting, the Union may, within 17 calendar days after the Step 1 meeting, submit a written request to the Human Resources Representative for a Step 2 meeting.
