Grievances Filed By Board. All grievances filed by the Board shall commence at this Level. If the Board files the grievance, then the Board becomes the moving party and the Association becomes the responding party. The Board shall file the grievance by sending notice, in writing, to the President of the Association. The appropriate Association committee, including the President, shall then arrange a meeting with the Superintendent within five (5) school days after receipt of the written grievance in an attempt to resolve such grievance.
