Grievances in relation to workload. (a) Notwithstanding the provisions specified in sub-clauses (ii) to (iii) of Clause 48 – Disputes in this Agreement, the following procedure will apply to resolve workload grievances or staffing grievances directly arising from nursing workload issues.
