Common use of Group and Policy Grievances Clause in Contracts

Group and Policy Grievances. The grievance procedure outlined in this Article shall apply equally to a grievance lodged by a group of employees, or to a policy grievance. Such grievances shall be filed in writing at Step 1 within ten (10) calendar days of becoming aware of the issue giving rise to the complaint.
