Group Benefit Plans. 27.01 Full-Time and Part-Time Employees who have completed their probationary period are eligible to participate (enroll) in any of the following group benefit plans. For Employees who choose to participate, the Employer agrees to contribute (pay) a share of the benefit plan premium for the specified group benefit plans set out below subject to their respective terms and conditions. For Part-Time Employees to be eligible, the Employee must work a minimum of fifteen (15) hours weekly averaged over the Employee’s shift rotation.
