Common use of Group Benefit Plans Clause in Contracts

Group Benefit Plans. Subject to eligibility requirements, a teacher whose name is on the recall list may participate in any of the Benefit Plans to which he/she belongs at the time that his/her name is placed on the recall list, provided that he/she pays the full premium in accordance with the pre-authorized debit plan as outlined in Article 16.04.
