Common use of Group Benefit Plans Clause in Contracts

Group Benefit Plans. Subject to limitations under applicable law and the terms and conditions of the applicable plans, Executive shall be entitled to participate in, and receive such benefits or rights as may be provided to employees of Employer under, any group employee benefit plans provided by Employer during the Term. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Employer reserves the right to amend, modify or terminate any employee benefit plan at any time.
