Common use of Group Health Insurance Clause in Contracts

Group Health Insurance. A. After the waiting period provided for by the group health insurance plan, all employees covered by this Agreement shall participate and enroll in the County’s group health and vision insurance plan; provided, however, that such employee is not excluded from enrollment by the terms and conditions of the insurance contract.
