Group Health Insurance. For the purposes of this Article, a group health insurance covered member shall be considered a member of a Miami-Dade County Group Health Insurance program if he/she: a. is a current or former employee enrolled in a MDC group health insurance program and; b. is in good standing if he/she tenders his/her periodic insurance premiums uniformly required as a condition of coverage (if applicable) and;
