GROUP PERSONAL ACCIDENT & SICKNESS INSURANCE. a) The Company shall provide Group Personal Accident & Sickness Insurance through an ETU nominated policy and scheme. It is agreed that the Group Personal Accident & Sickness Insurance payment will be collected and administered by Chifley Services Pty Ltd. The Group Personal Accident & Sickness Insurance payments will be paid for all Employees and will be paid for all periods of authorised absence and cannot be on a pro-rata basis.
