Guarantee of Delivery. Seller guarantees that all Products ordered by any Participating Member shall be delivered to such member within no more than the number of days of Seller's receipt of such member's order for the Product(s) as is set forth in Item 6 of the Cover Sheet. If Seller fails to deliver any Product(s) within the above-mentioned time period, the Participating Member may purchase any substitute product(s) from another source(s), and Seller shall reimburse such member for the difference between such member's actual F.O.B. destination acquisition cost for such product(s) and the price(s) such member would have paid for Seller's Product(s) under this Agreement. Upon the request of any Participating Member, Seller will assist any such Participating Member in finding alternative acceptable sources for any Product(s) which Seller cannot deliver according to the guaranteed delivery time specified above. For orders placed with an Authorized Distributor, guarantee of delivery provisions will be negotiated between each Participating Member and the Authorized Distributor. If the Authorized Distributor fails to deliver any Product(s) within the foregoing negotiated time period because Seller has failed to provide the Product(s) to the Authorized Distributor, the Participating Member may purchase any substitute product(s) from another source(s), and Seller shall reimburse such member for the difference between such member's actual F.O.B. destination acquisition cost for such product(s) and the price(s) such member would have paid for Seller's Product(s) under this Agreement, provided that Seller is notified by the Participating Member of such failure to deliver and cannot provide an alternative product acceptable to the Participating Member at the same price. Upon the request of any Participating Member, Seller will assist any such Participating Member in finding alternative acceptable sources for any Product(s) which an Authorized Distributor cannot deliver according to the guaranteed delivery time specified above.

Guarantee of Delivery. The undersigned, a member firm of a registered national securities exchange or of the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. or a commercial bank or trust company having an office or a correspondent in the United States or is otherwise an “eligible guarantor institution” within the meaning of Rule 17Ad-15 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, hereby guarantees that, within five business days from the date of this Notice of Guaranteed Delivery, a properly completed and duly executed Letter of Transmittal (or a facsimile thereof), together with certificates representing the Old Notes covered hereby in proper form for transfer (or confirmation of the book-entry transfer of such Old Notes into the Exchange Agent’s account at The Depository Trust Company, pursuant to the procedure for book-entry transfer set forth in the Prospectus) and required documents will be deposited by the undersigned with the Exchange Agent. Guarantee of Delivery. If the delivery is not completed at the agreed time for Service Delivered, the customer has the right to reimbursement. The conditions for reimbursement are that the customer must have fulfilled his/her contractual obligations, and also made sure that the customer’s procedures for installation are followed according to the contract. The service is considered as delivered when: • The customer equipment (CE) is physically installed, • Telenor has carried out the configuration of the service from the operations centre, • The customer equipment (CE) can exchange data packets with Telenor’s Brut network. The reimbursement corresponds to three months of monthly charges for the affected Ethernet Connect access, and will be credited on the next invoice from Telenor. The Guarantee of Delivery is valid for: • New deliveries of Ethernet Connect accesses. The guarantee is only valid for on net deliveries. The reimbursement form is available at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xx/bedrift/vilkar , and a request for reimbursement must be claimed within 5 working days after the agreed time for Service Completed. The reimbursement is not valid for Ethernet Connect Options. The Guarantee of Delivery is only valid for the given access, and not for other accesses connected to it in a Ethernet Connect solution. By this there will only be possible to get reimbursement for the given access where the delivery has not been fulfilled.
Guarantee of Delivery. Holders of Standard common shares whose certificates are not immediately available or who cannot deliver their certificates and all other required documents to the Exchange Agent prior to the Election Deadline, may deliver their Standard common shares by properly completing and duly executing a Guarantee of Delivery if (1) the Guarantee of Delivery is made by or through a member of a registered national securities exchange, a member of the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. or by a commercial bank or trust company in the United States, (2) prior to the Election Deadline, the Exchange Agent receives a properly completed and duly executed Guarantee of Delivery, substantially in the form provided herein; and (3) the certificates for all the Standard common shares covered by the Guarantee of Delivery, in proper form for transfer (or a book entry confirmation), together with a properly completed and duly executed Election Form and Letter of Transmittal and any other documents required by the Election Form and Letter of Transmittal, are received by the Exchange Agent within three NYSE trading days after the Election Deadline. If the above requirements are not satisfied in a timely manner, the holder will be deemed to make No Election.
Guarantee of Delivery. Holders of Advest common shares whose certificates are not immediately available or who cannot deliver their certificates and all other required documents to the Paying Agent or cannot complete the procedure for delivery of Advest common shares by book-entry transfer into the Paying Agent's account at DTC prior to the Election Deadline, may deliver their Advest common shares by properly completing and duly executing a Guarantee of Delivery if (1) the Guarantee of Delivery is made by or through a member of a registered national securities exchange, a member of the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. or by a commercial bank or trust company in the United States, (2) prior to the Election Deadline, the Paying Agent receives a properly completed and duly executed Guarantee of Delivery, as provided herein, together with a properly completed and duly executed Form of Election and Letter of Transmittal and any other documents required by the Form of Election and Letter of Transmittal; and (3) the certificates for all the Advest common shares covered by the Guarantee of Delivery, in proper form for transfer (or confirmation of a book-entry transfer of such Advest common shares into the Paying Agent's account at DTC), are received by the Paying Agent within three NYSE trading days after the Election Deadline. If the above requirements are not satisfied in a timely manner, the holder will be deemed to have made a Non-Election.

Guarantee of Delivery. Owner shall guarantee delivery of Customer’s leased equipment to Customer (or to Customer’s training school location) prior to, or on Customer’s first class session that this equipment is needed provided that Customer’s paid order is received AT LEAST fifteen (7) business days prior to the start of Customer’s training session. All orders received later than fifteen (7) days prior to Customer’s class starting date, shall be delivered as soon as possible. If Owner does not have gear in stock to fit Customer’s body type/frame, equipment may have to be ordered. Orders can sometimes take up to six (6) weeks for Owner to receive prior to delivery of gear to Customer. I hereby authorize Safety & Boot Center, Inc. to debit my Credit Card account for any/all repairs, late fees, or payments due under this Agreement. My signature also Affirms that I agree to all the terms of this Agreement, and will return all leased items per this Agreement.

Guarantee of Delivery. Seller is responsible for maintaining adequate stock so that deliveries may be made to the Participating Member according to the delivery schedules designated for the Products in the applicable PPA and with a minimum fill rate of [. . . *** . . .] within [. . . *** . . .] business days based on first time receipts, excluding build-to-order products. The reimbursement corresponds to three months of monthly charges for the affected Nordic Connect access, and will be credited on the next invoice from Telenor. The Guarantee of Delivery is valid for:  New deliveries of Norwegian accesses to customers in Norway only.  Nordic Connect accesses with access capacity up to 10Mbps. The reimbursement form is available at xxx.xxxxxxx.xx/xxxxxx, and a request for reimbursement must be claimed within 5 working days after the agreed time for Service Completed. The reimbursement is not valid for Nordic Connect Options. The Guarantee of Delivery is only valid for the given access, and not for other accesses connected to it in a VPN solution. By this there will only be possible to get reimbursement for the given access where the delivery has not been fulfilled.
