Guaranteed Start-Up Time. Seller shall operate and maintain the Facility so as to achieve the Guaranteed Start-Up Time in accordance with the provisions of Exhibit R.

If Seller does not elect to be responsible for Incremental Replacement Power Costs, such unplanned derate hours shall be included in any Availability Adjustment Factor calculation.
