Guaranteed Start-Up Time. Each Generating Unit shall be brought to full capacity from a cold start within [____] minutes. For a failure to achieve the Guaranteed Start-Up Time (except to the extent caused by a Delivery Excuse), Seller shall reimburse Buyer for imbalance charges, other charges, or penalties imposed by the CAISO upon Xxxxx as a result thereof.

Guaranteed Start-Up Time. Seller shall notify Purchaser as soon as practicable after discovering that the Guaranteed Start-Up Time has not been satisfied and whether Seller elects to be responsible for Incremental Replacement Power Costs in accordance with Appendix F. If Seller does not elect to be responsible for Incremental Replacement Power Costs, such unplanned derate hours shall be included in any Availability Adjustment Factor calculation.

  • Wash-Up Time 37.01 Where the Employer determines there is a clear-cut need, wash-up time, to a maximum of ten (10) minutes immediately before the end of a work period, will be permitted.

  • Make-up Time An employee may elect, with the consent of the employer, to work make-up time under which the employee takes time off during ordinary hours, and works those hours at a later time, during the spread of ordinary hours provided in the Agreement.

  • Release Time a. Each mentor teacher shall be granted release time for direct mentoring activities. Release time shall be separate from any other release time covered under this agreement and shall be coordinated by the building administrator.

  • No Release; Return or Destruction Each Party agrees not to release or disclose, or permit to be released or disclosed, any information addressed in Section 6.9(a) to any other Person, except its Representatives who need to know such information in their capacities as such (who shall be advised of their obligations hereunder with respect to such information), and except in compliance with Section 6.10. Without limiting the foregoing, when any such information is no longer needed for the purposes contemplated by this Agreement or any Ancillary Agreement, and is no longer subject to any legal hold or other document preservation obligation, each Party will promptly after request of the other Party either return to the other Party all such information in a tangible form (including all copies thereof and all notes, extracts or summaries based thereon) or notify the other Party in writing that it has destroyed such information (and such copies thereof and such notes, extracts or summaries based thereon); provided, that the Parties may retain electronic back-up versions of such information maintained on routine computer system backup tapes, disks or other backup storage devices; provided further, that any such information so retained shall remain subject to the confidentiality provisions of this Agreement or any Ancillary Agreement.

  • Show Up Time An employee who reports to work in the usual manner without having been notified that there is no work available and is sent home because of lack of work before having worked four (4) hours shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay at their prevailing hourly rate. The employee shall also receive their full accommodation allowance if and when applicable. Each employee must inform the Employer of a means of being contacted on short notice. If an attempt is made by the Employer at least two (2) hours before the employee’s shift commences by way of the contact information provided, in an effort to inform the employee of a lack of work, and the Employer is unable to do so, the employee will not be entitled to show up time.

  • Starting Time is the time that employees present themselves at their work- station and not the time that employees are in the amenities or in the car park.

  • Completion Time The Consultant must complete the services and deliverable for this task in accordance with whichever one of the following time is marked: On or before the following date: . On or before Business Days from .

  • Break Time For daily work assignments of six or more hours, permanent and probationary employees (except bus drivers and bus aides) shall be entitled to one 15-minute break for each half of the work assignment. For work assignments of less than six hours, such employees shall be entitled to one 15-minute break. Employees who spend a majority of the workday working with a Video Display Terminal (VDT) shall be permitted to perform other job-related duties (i.e., work not involving use of a VDT) 10 continuous minutes out of each hour. Such time shall not be cumulative and shall be in addition to break time established above.

  • Work Time Work time is defined as all hours actually spent in pay status including travel time required by and at the direction of the Employer before, during or after the regularly-assigned workday.

  • Start Date The parental leave must begin no later than 52 weeks after the day the child is born or comes into the custody, care and control of the parent for the first time for provincially or federally regulated employees. The parental leave of an employee who takes a pregnancy leave must begin when the pregnancy leave ends unless the child has not yet come into the care and control of the parent for the first time.
