Seller hereby expressly warrants for a period of eighteen months after acceptance that all material or services covered by this order shall conformto all specifications, drawing, samples, and any other description furnished or adopted by NAC Group, Inc. Product shall be new, of the best quality and fit, sufficient for the purpose intended, merchantable, and free of defects. Seller hereby agrees to be responsible for all defects in design, materials, and workmanship. Any breach of warranty, goods, or material,which are not as warranted may, at the option of NAC Group, Inc., be returned at Sellers expense for either credit or replacement. Replacement products shall be new and subject to full original warranty. All warranties shall run to NAC Group, Inc., and its successors.

6.2 Blonk shall have no obligation for the installation, technical support and/or maintenance of the Database towards End User.
6.3 Despite Blonk’s efforts to ensure that (parts of the) Database are not covered by rights of third- parties, Blonk cannot warrant that third-parties are able to enforce their rights or to make claims in relation to the Database. End User shall inform Blonk immediately In Writing if it becomes aware of such third-party claims. Parties shall then discuss the merits of the third parties’ claims and how to deal with these claims.

However, Blonk or the data provider make no representation or warranty, either expressly or implied, of the accuracy, reliability, or completeness thereof. 5.2 In addition, the Branded Dataset(s) are provided to You "as is" without Blonk’s or the data provider’s warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty against infringement of third-parties' rights including but not limited to Intellectual Property Rights, or any other warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, e.g. with regard to updates of the Branded Dataset(s).
5.3 Blonk and the data provider shall have no obligation towards You whatsoever, such as obligations with regard to installation, updates, technical support and/or maintenance of the Branded Dataset(s).

Meaning in accordance with the service information and best industry standards applicable to the services if not so specified, fair wear and tear expected, for a period of not less than 3 months after the work has been carried out.
