Common use of Guild Representatives Clause in Contracts

Guild Representatives. 4.2.1. Members of the Guild selected to serve as officers and representatives shall be certified in writing by the Guild President to the Employer. A Guild officer or representative shall be allowed reasonable time to review and process a dispute or grievance during working hours so long as such activity does not unduly disrupt the operations of the Sheriff’s Office and provides two (2) hour notice to the on-duty supervisor. The Employer will not incur any overtime liability as a result of this Section.
